Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis collaboration skills pada kelas bahasa inggris serta aspek yang paling dominan pada collaboration skills. pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2023 di kelas XI MA Darul Ulum Tlasih Tulangan Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi untuk memperoleh data pada saat guru mengajar bahasa inggris di dalam kelas terkait dengan collaboration skills. Indikator collaboration skills diuraikan dalam beberapa aspek yakni work productively, demonstrated respect, compromise, dan share responsibility respect. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua kali pertemuan. Pertemuan pertama peneliti menilai aspek
work productively untuk pertemuan kedua peneliti menilai aspek demonstrated respect, compromise, and share responsibility. Hasil observasi penelitian collaboration skills pada siswa kelas XI MA Darul Ulum Tlasih menunjukkan sangat beragam, kategori keberagaman collaboration skills terlihat pada kelompok 1 dalam kategori aspek work productively mampu menggunakan waktu, mengerjakan tugas,
dan melengkapi tugas. Kelompok 2 dalam kategori aspek demonstrated respect dan aspek share responsibility mampu mendengarkan pendapat orang lain, dan mampu mengambil resiko. Kelompok 3 menunjukkan ke empat aspek itu seimbang karena mampu melakukan semua kegiatan. Kelompok 4 dalam kategori aspek compromisemampu berkontribusi dalam tugas. Empat aspek collaboration skills yang di observasi menunjukkan bahwa aspek yang paling dominan adalah aspek work productively, karena semua grup mampu menggunakan waktu, mengerjakan tugas dan melengkapi tugas yang diberikan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze collaboration skills in English classroom and the most dominant aspects of collaboration skills. Data collection will be carried out
in July 2023 in class XI MA Darul Ulum Tlasih Tulangan Sidoarjo, totaling 17 students. This study used qualitative descriptive research, the instrument used in this study is observation. Researcher used observation techniques to obtain data when teachers teach English in the classroom related to collaboration skills. Collaboration skills indicators are described in several aspects, namely work productively, demonstrated respect, compromise, and share responsibility respect. The research was carried out in two meetings. In the first meeting the researcher assesses aspects of work productively for the second meeting researcher assesses aspects of demonstrated respect, compromise and share responsibility. The results of observations of collaboration skills research on grade XI MA Darul Ulum Tlasih students showed very diverse, the category of diversity of collaboration skills seen in group 1 in the category of aspects of work productively able to use time, do tasks, and complete tasks. Group 2 in the demonstrated respect and share responsibility aspects categories are able to listen to the opinions of others, and are able to take
risks. Group 3 showed that all four aspects are balanced because they are able to perform all activities. Group 4 in the compromise aspect category is able to contribute to the task. The four aspects of collaboration skills observed show that the most dominant aspect is the work productive aspect, because all groups are able to use time, work on tasks and complete assigned tasks.
