Abstract
Skripsi ini membahas tentang bagaimana mengembangkan Speaking Test berbasis video dengan menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok untuk tes berbicara materi Talking about self pada siswa kelas sepuluh di Madrasah Aliyah di Sidoarjo. Tujuannya adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana mengembangkan tes berbicara menggunakan video di aplikasi Tiktok. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Peneliti melakukan proses analisis pada analisis kurikulum dan analisis karakteristik siswa. Kemudian peneliti merancang video speaking test menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok di smartphone. Pada hasil penelitian ini peneliti memperoleh penilaian validasi dari ahli materi tes dan ahli materi speaking pronunciation dalam rentang persentase 80-100% dengan persentase skor ahli materi tes sebesar 100% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” dan ahli materi
speaking pronunciation sebesar 64% dalam kategori “Baik”. Peneliti juga mengimplementasikan hasil pengembangan Speaking Test untuk siswa kelas sepuluh di Madrasah Aliyah di Sidoarjo dengan respon positif dari siswa dengan persentase 73% dalam kategori “Baik.”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Speaking Test siswa berbasis video Tiktok layak dan efektif untuk digunakan sebagai tes berbicara.

This thesis discusses how to develop a speaking test using the videos on Tiktok application for testing talking about self material for tenth grade students at an Islamic Senior High School in Sidoarjo. The research objective is to describe how to develop a speaking test using videos in the Tik tok application. The model of research used by researcher is the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design,
Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).The researcher concreate analysis process on analysis of curriculum and analysis of students’ characteristic. Then, the researcher design the videos of speaking test using Tiktok application in smartphone. In the results of this research, researcher obtained validation assessments from test material expert and speaking pronounciation material expert which is in the 80-100% percentage range with a percentage score of test material experts of 100% which is in the “Very Good” category and speaking pronunciation material experts of 64% which is in the "Good" category. The researcher also implemented the results of the development of speaking test for tenth grade students at MA Bi'rul Ulum Gedangan, Sidoarjo with a positive response from students with the percentage of 73% which is in the "Good." category. This shows that speaking test using videos on Tik tok for students are feasible and effective to be used as speaking test for the tenth grade students.
