Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran inquiry learning pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila materi makna dan karakteristik Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) kelas 4 SD Ma’arif NU Ngaban. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji menganalisis data menggunakan konsep Miles and Huberman, Hasil penelitian yaitu tentang analisis penerapan modelinquiry learning pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila siswa kelas 4 SD Ma’arif NU Ngaban Tanggulangin sudah baik. Upaya yang dilakukan guru pendidikan pancasila dalam penerapan model inquiry learning untuk mempermudah dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan adanya model inquiry learning siswa sangat tertarik pada pembelajaran, menjadi aktif dan antusias dalammengikuti pembelajaran serta dengan menggunakan model inquiry learning menjadikan siswa lebih berpikir kritis dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ditemukan pada pembelajaran. Berdasarkan
analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: Penerapan metode inquiry learning dapat diterapkan untuk siswa kelas 4 di SD Ma’arif NU Ngaban karena siswa kelas 4 sudah masuk kelas tinggi pada tingkatan SD. Penggunaan metode inquiry learning kurang sesuai jika digunakan untuk siswa kelas rendah (1,2 dan 3) karena pada siswa kelas rendah kemampuan siswa untuk memecahkan masalah masih kurang
sehingga perlu adanya bimbingan lebih dari guru.

This study aims to determine the application of the inquiry learning model to the Pancasila Education subject matter of the meaning and characteristic of the UnitariState of the Republic of Indonesia for grade 4 SD Ma’arif NU Ngaban Tanggulangin. This research is included in qualitative reseach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The test analyzes the data using the concept of Miles and Huberman, the results of the reseach are about the analysis of the application of the inquiry learning model in the Pancasila Education subject for grade 4 SD Ma’arif NU Ngaban Tanggulangin is good. Effort made by Pancasila Education teachers in applying the inquiry learning model to facilitate the learning process. With the inquiry learning model students are also very interested in learning, become active and enthusiastic in participating in learning and by using the inquiry learning
model model make students think more critically in solving problems found in learning. Based on the data analysis conducted that: the application of the inquiry learning method can be applied to fourth grade students in elementary because fourth grade students have entered high class at the elementary school level. The use of inquiry learning methods
is less appropriate it used for low grade students (1,2 and 3) because in low grade students the ability of students of students to solve problems is still lacking so there is need for more guidance from the teacher.
